Scottish Procurement is considering a procurement strategy for a
new national framework for biomass.
To help us design the right strategy, we are interested in
hearing about potential suppliers' experiences of managing the
complex requirements of delivering biomass - this may be in the
delivery of fuel itself, providing and installing equipment, or
providing heat.
Please note that this is only a scoping exercise and is not in
any way an offer to invite bids or to enter into any contractual
arrangements.
