The Scottish Government have released the Draft Climate Change
Plan - third report on policies and proposals 2017-2032. There is a
target of 66% greenhouse gas emissions reduction by 2032. Key
policies include 80% of domestic heat to be sourced from low-carbon
sources and a decarbonised electricity sector.
