Resilient Scotland's JESSICA Trust is committed to growing the
social investment sector in 13 designated Local Authority areas
across Scotland.
The investment packages provide community organisations with new
sources of capital, giving them the opportunity to operate on a
more sustainable footing.
Start & Grow: offers investment packages of
between £10,000 and £60,000 to enable social enterprises and
community organisations to start-up, develop and expand. All Start
& Grow investments are made up of one third grant and two
thirds loan.
Making Enterprise Happen: will make investments
of between £60,000 and £500,000. Each will be in the form of a
mixed grant and loan package, with a minimum of 50% to be repaid
with negotiable terms.
